NJ Greens oppose South Jersey gas pipeline

The Green Party of New Jersey stands in strong opposition to the new gas pipeline project proposed by South Jersey Gas.

This pipeline would run 22 miles through protected areas of the Pinelands National Reserve, in sensitive forest areas in Cumberland, Atlantic, and Cape May Counties.

The risk the pipeline poses to the environment and human water supplies greatly outweighs any benefit that may come from its construction.

Party cites the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The DC Statehood Green Party is calling on Electoral College members in eleven states to assert their constitutional mandate by proportionally allocating their electoral votes for president.

GreenPartyRadio.com has learned that within the next few hours Rocky De La Fuente, 2016 Presidential candidate of the American Delta and Reform Parties, will file a lawsuit in Federal court alleging "massive absentee ballot election fraud within Broward County in the 2016 Florida general election".

De La Fuente, who was a guest on The Green Party Radio Show on Sunday, is also challenging a Florida election law which states that an automatic recount cannot occur unless the margin of victory is less than 0.25%. De La Fuente claims that this encourages election fraud because election officials can be reasonably confident "that the challenged statute will prevent any examination and/or discovery of their unlawful conduct absent the existence of extraordinary third party testimonial evidence."

De La Fuente files for recount in Nevada, mainstream media ignores effort

Another recount has been filed, this one in Nevada, but the mainstream media is ignoring it. Could it be because Clinton won Nevada?

FT. LAUDERDALE, Florida, November 30, 2016 – After withdrawing his presidential recount petition in Wisconsin, “Rocky” Roque De La Fuente almost immediately filed for a recount in Nevada. De La Fuente was the first to file for a recount in Wisconsin but withdrew his petition when Jill Stein duplicated his effort and the estimated cost of the recount soared to more than $3.5 million. He has already posted payment for the recount in Nevada.

Early recount results in Wisconsin - Jill's vote total up 242.9%, Castle votes switched to Trump and Clinton

by Don Ellis
Don@GreenPartyRadio.com

It's still early, in fact only one town, but the Wisconsin recount is already showing shocking discrepencies in the vote totals. Jill Stein and Gary Johnson votes simply didn't get reported, while another third party candidate who received 3 votes in the town had his votes switched to Trump or Clinton.

The town of Menominee breaks down its results in two reports: Ward 2, and Wards 1 and 3, 4, and 5. The Ward 2 results were almost perfect, they missed one vote for Gary Johnson. OK, not too bad.

But the vote totals for Wards 1 & 3-5 underwent a shocking change:

Trump went from 259 votes to 257 votes.

Clinton went from 821 votes to 820.

Jill went from 0 votes to 17 votes.

Johnson went from 0 votes to 11 votes.

In Menominee, Jill went from a total of 7 votes to a total of 24 votes.

That difference right there, while only covering 1,308 votes, gives all the proof anyone should need as to why a recount was needed.

The official story was "different by 17 due to human error. Wards 1,3,4,5 didn’t get added to tally sheet." They forgot to mention that 3 votes for Darrell Castle got credited to either Trump or Clinton as they only give an "explanation" if there was a mistake of 10 or more votes.

How do votes for a third party candidate get credited to the candidates from the Violet Party? "Human error"? If you believe that, the dam across the street from my house is for sale, I can give you a great deal on it.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission has provided a link to the spreadsheet reporting the official recount totals, CLICK HERE to go to the page where the link is posted.

A whole lot of Greens owe Jill a huge apology right about now.

Dr. Jill Stein blasts Trump campaign’s effort to delay Michigan recount at taxpayers’ expense

In response to this afternoon’s filing of an objection to recount nearly 4.8 million votes cast for President in Michigan, Dr. Jill Stein’s campaign, which filed the historic request yesterday, blasted the objection as a “shameful” and “outrageous” attempt to undermine democracy. The objection from Donald Trump’s campaign will add significant costs and confusion to a recount that is already being obstructed by some in order to keep voters from verifying the accuracy, security and integrity of the election.

“The recount in Michigan, which has been driven by an outpouring of grassroots support in the state – will go forward,” said Dr. Jill Stein, the 2016 Green Party candidate for President. “The Michigan Board of State Canvassers and Director of Elections has been a model of professionalism in moving this recount forward in an efficient, transparent manner. Yet the Trump campaign’s cynical efforts to delay the recount and create unnecessary costs for taxpayers are shameful and outrageous.”
